Law of Attraction: Don’t Sweat It!

Think about talking to that attractive co-worker in a relaxed and fun way, without the stress of not living up to their expectations of you. Feel the confidence flowing through your body, and if you sweat a little big deal – everyone sweats. Think about waiving to a friend and knowing your underarm is free of sweat stains. Picture it. Go over it in your head until the images and the feelings begin to coincide and coexist.

AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations are an important component when using the Law of Attraction to bring more positive energy into your life. You say, out loud or in your head, positive things about yourself, like, “I’m a great person and I really like myself.” “I am a smart and capable person and people like me.” “I am generous and kind and enjoy helping others.” “I am worthy of being happy and finding true love and friendship.” You get the idea.

Think about and meditate upon what you want to happen, but imagine it as if it were in the present tense, as if it were happening right now. Imagine, even if you have to “pretend” at first, that you are already living the life you desire. The Law states that this will then become your reality. Of course it’s not going to happen in one hour or one day or maybe even one week or month. But the more you practice, the more you recite and meditate upon your affirmations and intentions of what you want to attract into your life, the power will build within you. It must happen, and cannot be otherwise. It is a law of nature.

So remember, your affirmations should always be positive and in the present tense. You might repeat to yourself before going to work, “My underarms are fresh and dry and I will be comfortable and confident all day .” Try it, and if it doesn’t work at first the way you want, don’t give up. Keep at it. Keep trying. I promise you it will work.

If the Law of Attraction, the art of positive thinking, is something completely new to you, you might not believe that positive thinking and affirmations can improve your situation. But if you really believe in what you are saying and put thought and feeling in to it, it is something that could really help your excessive sweating problem, or whatever problems you are facing.

Give it a try – you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
